| Well... today I turn 22...
I have to work from 12:30 to 11:00... yes, you heard right I'm babysitting for 10 1/2 hours. Yup...
I've started working for the wonderful woman that I clean house for 3 days a week in the mornings, and babysitting the 10 1/2 hours 6 nights a week... Let's see how long it takes for me to just collapse and not wake up for a week??? Really tired right now...

| Really big ice storm... again...
most of Joplin has no power, we do though...
not babysitting anymore, we have no car, they have no car...
Little boy I babysit got burnt on our floor furnace a week ago... :( he's doing better though...
Trees and powerlines down all over the city....
Grant didn't work today... :( :) no money, but got to spend time with him...
keep praying.... hopefully things will be better next year!

| Don't think I ever said... Dixie didn't get married... She broke up with him and has a new boyfriend now... more on that later... Grant is officially only working one job.. He works at Macy's in the mall. We are both doing lots of odd jobs trying to keep up... be praying for that :( Starting babysitting 5 nights a week tomorrow :( that should be interesting... good thing I love the kids!!!! dunno if there's anything else exciting... |

| Busy busy busy... thought I'd post real quick and say that Grant has 2 jobs now, and getting more calls by the day... PTL!!!!! |

| I was holding out on telling everyone... but here goes... *Grant doesn't have a job anymore... 2 weeks ago he walked into work and they told him he didn't have a job anymore... pray for our search... *Our wonderful new landlord is letting us work in his rental properties as well as his house that he's selling to pay for our rent... with that and the money from my check combined, we've almost payed for rent! *My premier party didn't work. I had one guest (who booked a show!!!), and 3 outside orders! And my mom is going to have a book party at work sometime this month! *Life is definitly interesting right now, I'm trying to keep spirits up through out the house, but the devil is definitly trying to get a foothold. Please be praying for us as we battle this through. |
